Erika, what has been wonderful to watch in America over the years is the number of inter-racial couples is more prevalent. It was only in the mid-1960s, we had the Loving v. State of Virginia case before the Supreme Court that rule 9 to 0 that interracial marriages were OK. Now, many commercials feature interracial couples, my guess is to reach more demographics. Yet, the companies feel it helps them sell more product, so that is a change in and of itself. Keith

It is sad that it needs the law to allow inter-racial relationships. Over the years people are spread all over the world, so inter-racial couple are just a logical consequence and awesome. Because over time the people on this planet might truly become one race because of the mixes… who knows!
Oh, and yes, of course, it is a marketing strategy…
