I had to wait a while, but now my vacation is finally here. This time there is no lying on the beach and no swimming in the sea. Ok, there are beaches and the sea, but it will be way too cold for swimming. The only thing that invites us to swim in the fresh air are warm springs.

I will be touring Iceland together with my family. If we are lucky, we might even see some Northern Lights, which can be seen from mid-August. And although it is extremely spectacular, I hope that Fagradalsfjall which just erupted near Reykjavik will keep quiet.
