Haha, so that’s what all those holes are in central Australia. I thought that was the holes from the opal diggers but it was just a lady gardener from the other side of the globe 😂 🤣 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Don’t put up blocks to block your view and maintain a focus on the outcome you want/hope for..Great quote to cap off the week. Have a very good weekend, Erika 🌞

That is a very interesting thing to understand Erika. While ever the urge to hold something…I pushed it away. Stunned me when I saw that all my actions were doing this…and all from my fear…but…it taught me a great love. Great post dear lady, may we ‘see’…and set us free 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

I thought about this for a while. There is a thin line between, hanging in and not giving up to becoming stubborn, only seeing this one goal ignoring everything left and right which would actually support reaching it. Following only a certain way in mind can destroy everything.

Well said dear lady. Speaking of strings and hanging, fear is a cunning beast and like a puppet master it brings our hands and feat, along with our minds, to whatever is beyond that fear, even if it is the most hardest thing we can do…until we face it and cut its strings. And as it weaves its way in what we think is our wants and needs we unconsciously apply those ‘needs’ to them. That is the deceit of fear, it drives so much even unconsciously, simply because we have had a lifetime of being driven by our fears. It’s like being right handed and you injure your hand, to try to write left handed is such a difficult chore…but we can, in time and practice. But we know why we need to write with the other hand and ‘let it go’ and don’t focus on it. With fear we don’t know why it is there, we just know we don’t want to go there so reinforce it by working ‘around’ it until it is second nature. Hence the difficulty in breaking it. But we can, and do, because life and love keep attracting it to us so it can be seen for what it is, understand it and finally let it go…and then begin to really live…because now we ‘know’ the why in all of our actions, see them for what they are…and can now put us out there, begin to create instead of react ‘and truly let it all go’ 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

I couldn’t agree more with what you said, Mark. Fear acts in the background, finds a back door and settles before we often even notice. It comes from our belief system and was built by thought pattern which happen reflexively. It is in changing our thoughts, thus reprogramming our thought pattern, and transform our belief system.

Actually I didn’t quite explain that properly…because our fears hold those doubts or negative aspects of ourselves we unconsciously project that…in everything. So in putting something ‘out there’, that is us (the doubter) unconsciously projecting that along with whatever we have asked for. While ever the fear is there, it is a part of us. Yes, we can be very positive and work towards being that and that will most definitely create from that space…but…while ever our fear still lives within us…it will also block accordingly. We only ever give out what we are, it is as natural as breathing. If we are happy, we give out happy, if we are angry we give out anger…but these are always in motion from day to day…but the fear, that is an ingrained part of our life. Hence why when we finally see the ‘why’ behind it, it is such a very, very profound moment. It’s full understanding is almost beyond words because in that instant a love will touch us, the one that our fear had kept at bay seemingly forever, and touch our hearts and for the first time set us truly free ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Exactly, Mark. Only because we know how fear works doesn’t mean it vanished. It even doesn’t need to completely vanish because in fear we see where our lessons are still needed to be learned. Fear tells me that I am close to breaking another wall of my inner limitation. I spent so much time on pondering about fear. “I’m Free” was actually meant to be a book of overcoming fears because I was so buried by fears and once I understood its character, it blew a hug rock that limited my view.

It is indeed a cunning critter…but maybe that’s the problem. We keep envisioning that it is a separate part of us because of its nature…but in reality it is us. Keep trying to cage it but it has no solidity, and ending up walling us away from ourselves. But then, that is its beauty, we have to deal with us to see us for who we truly are…and understand so that we can change and become that love and happiness we have ever looked for. Beautifully spoken ❤️
Now that your heart is free dear lady, and speaking of speaking…well, singing anyway 🤣. Your singing will sound so different. Have you tried…it will sound like the delicacy of a crystal, the touch of a feather, and felt with the impact of a heart…a true one 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Absolutely! Fear tells us what we are not and that is why we feel uncomfortable in its presence. So, it does help us reveal our true self. I can confirm this, my singing sounds more authentic. I used to try using my voice in the best possible way, interpreting the song in the best possible way. Today, I am the voice and the message 💖 Thank you for your so inspiring and guiding words, Mark 💖
