The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
That is exactly the same with me. I used to have my walkman with me as a teenager or young adult but over the past 10 to 15 years, the music feels like a disturbance. you are right, It makes a huge difference indeed!
From the position of the advisor, absolutely. Sometimes, we don’t talk to others but just to ourselves which can become such a noise in the head. Clearing the mind, and letting the thoughts pass, unveils the truth beneath them.
Agreed. That zinger of a response is often better left in its holster, as it may be more damage than win an argument. Or, when your wife wants a someone to listen, not fix. Hold your tongue. Keith
So true. When I use to go for runs or walks I would have music blasting out. Now I just listen to nature. The difference it has made is huge.
