Exactly, that’s the point. We are freeing ourselves from burdens and misunderstandings that used to keep us from living and enjoying our lives.

What a beautiful reminder. I tell my little granddaughter this all the time. She gets very anxious about trying anything new and can let fear cripple her. Then, when she tries it she finds it wasn’t scary at all.
