There’s an old phrase “put up or shut up” or “actions speak louder than words”. Find that healthy balance between words and actions and you’ll get things done, for sure. Great quote!

It does take great courage sometimes to do those messages we send out. I think the talking bit is in trying to encourage ourselves or at the least kid ourselves along until we dare. Plus if we verbalize it, unknowingly we are asking others for support, even if just another verbal connection to get the ball rolling until we feel that we can. Mind you, sometimes we are loved so much by those around us that they give a little push occasionally 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋 😂 🤣

I am tricking myself when I say that I will do something. Then I have to do it because my pride is too big to give in… lol. So, if I want to do something but am afraid to start it, I only need to tell someone… hehe. There are so many people I encountered who throw out their great words while at the same time knowing that they will never do what they are talking about.
