Oh, it was only a bigger upload and installation Erika. 😉 The last week i was so angry, about missing a clear structures German GDPR. Here we have to much lawyers, with no knowledge about the Internet or technics, but always able to send a warning. 😉 Enjoy your evening, and a nice Friday, Erika! xx Michael

You were sent a warning because of your blog from the department? Really? I have a simple explanation on my blog too but basically, I thought it was in the responsibility of WordPress since they are hosting the site and store the information not I! That would make everything even more difficult. You know, Liechtenstein is under the same GDPR law.

Sorry Erika! I had not yet received a warning. Yes, Liechtenstein is subject to the same GDPR, but you have adapted this template to the EU. Germany simply took it over 1: 1. As you know, we have some people here who, above all, want to prevent journalistic reports through such warnings. I prefer to be on the safe side! xx Michael

It looks nice on the outside and there is quite some information of its history. Is it meant that people sit there and drink beer? Or is it only a museum?

They wanted to serve beer. Right, Erika! But its funded with app. 4 billions by the EU, so its only a museum, and the brewery itself (on the last pages are some images) should be renovated by themselves. But they want to spend no own money, only earn money by selling the beer (without paying taxes ;-)) xx

That’s what I thought. It doesn’t look very inviting and would still need a good renovation. Oh, well… with this attitude “beisst sich der Hund in den Schwanz”!

Thats it. The want to earn money, but not invest some of the earned. Now the wastewater treatment plant has to be rebuilt, here in the village. This had been postponed for 25 years in order to be able to create such special money-making opportunities – only for a few. Then you want to go over to privatize these beer things because of the horrendous municipal debts, and nothing belongs to the citizens anymore. But I am already in the process of preventing this. Many of our citizens are still quite “primitive”. If you make it clear to them that they should be fucked, then …Not only Napoleon knew how to keep order. 😉

Sorry, Erika! I am selfhosted at: https://books.eslarn-net.de. Following is impossible at time. I had to move, because Jetpack (R) – which makes it possible to follow, like and comment – is not allowed by the German GDPR. At least our “Horstl” has still not correctly implemented the EU’s GDPR template, for Germany. In the UK it took two months. I will tell you, if i find a solution. Have a beautiful weekend! xx Michael

Ah, I see! So, that makes sense. My website is selfhosted too and I had to make sure to meet all the regulatory necessities. There is no google anywhere on my site! I hope you find a solution soon, Michael. This is a pain in the neck! You have a lovely weekend too 😊

I think now my selfhosted blog is also freed. But honestly, i love Google. Since 10 years there we have hosted all our needful things, and have 2 mailservers running. 😉 xx Look back, 2011 there was not any German business providing this on acceptable conditions. Thank you, Erika!

I thank you so much, Annette! The statement is so fantastic. The photo reminded me of my middle one. He only saw the adventure and the joy of it… and even with 22 that little boy is still very active in him… lol

I remember that time. I was 45, jumped on a skateboard and I think broke every bone I own. As a child they bend and flex…45 years seems to have done something to them…and my ability to lose skin 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋 😂 🤣
