It is quite a while ago since I went for the last #HitsByYears week. A lot is going on on all ends lately, and I don’t have much time for posting. So, let’s continue with 1981.
I already had a few songs in my mind but when I checked YouTube for more inspiration it was obvious that I must have reached the 80s: so many hits and so few days in one week. I hope you liked my choices. Let’s start with a song I thought was perfect since I really thought it was urgent to let the 80s rock WP again.

Even in 1981, I still didn’t want to go to the gym until I saw the end of the video to my favourite song from that year.

Ah, I loved that song and yes, it was on my list too. It was so difficult to decide. I remember this song was played in the school bus during that year every time I was in. The bus driver had it on a tape and played it up and down. Btw. you will meet a lot of familar faces from the UK this week 😉

What a great memory, Erika. I remember how after seeing the video for the song, I felt I wasn’t alone anymore. There were more gay people in the world.
