Erika, well said. This should be a mantra for change. Too many times, people wait for a burning platform to plan and act. You wisely instruct to plan ahead and be prepared to act when the time is right. Keith

You explained that well. I am not a fan of “sit and wait” until things change. Things change anyway but if we want them to change in a specific way, we need to set the sails, let the wind carry us over the ocean, but still adjust the sails. Thank you, Keith!

Like a box of chocolates, some are good, some are not so good and some are great…but we never stop eating them, ever guided onward to adventure many delights. And yes, my life IS like a box of chocolates…a box of Ferrero Rocher’s to be exact 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋 😂 🤣
