Erika, true. The dreams are made possible by the preparation. I like this example as it shows why preparation is needed. I had a young colleague who was about 25 and he said he was going to retire when he was 50. I asked him if he was saving in the company savings plan (which matched $1 for $1 up to 6% of pay savings) and he said “no.” I responded, “Then, there is no way in hell you will be able to retire at age 50.” I wanted to shock him into saving for his dream. It did and he started saving in the plan. Keith

That was an important hint. He was not aware of that fact. Good for him, he talked to you! Yes, we need to keep up our dreams but we need to support them with our actions too!

I was given a dream…and it just broke. And inside it was something magical, something far, far from what I ever imagined. If you had told me where I was going in this life many years ago I would have laughed incredulously. Now I see it in wonder, and that we all are given our own dream too. Yes, there are bumps and stumbles, but each one of those do make those very dreams come true as we sometimes have to pick up those hard won pieces and try again. May your dreams have rainbows aplenty dear lady 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Yes, I agree, a brokine dream may feel dissapointing at first sight, but sometimes it is in one of those broken peaces to create a much bigger realization.
