The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
Exactly! Regain your energy and joy in the heart to strengthen your system. It is as important now to support the immune system but also for later to restart fresh and motivated!
Yes, be thankful for what you do have and do not worry about what you do not have and in return you will receive more than you could imagine to have. Wonderful quote, Erika! Have a super weekend 😊
That’s so true! And in focusing on the good things we would like to have in our lifes we are drawing them closer. Thank your for this beautiful comment 😊
Erika, the picture fits the words. We should not borrow trouble, I tell a relative who likes to worry way too much. We have enough real things to worry about and distract us from those worries. We should enjoy the best moments and savor them. Have a great weekend, Keith
That’s a good point. Many are doing great in creating problems where there are none instead of being thankful that things are good. Yes, maybe it could always be better but it could definitely always be worse. Thanks for this view on it and have a great weekend too, Keith!
That’s right. Life may be really challenging and tough, but it doesn’t get any better by burying oneself in that mud. Right then the look up, the eyes turned to the sun is even more necessary to make it out of that mud. But really…. whom do I tell this….
Just speak from your heart dear lady and it will attract exactly what is needed. For them and you. I stopped because the more I tried putting it out there, the more I pushed it away. I just did me and it rolls along nicely. If it is time to move, shift, change…you have now created your vacuum by ‘letting go’ and into the vacuum will come your answer. In that I learned another lesson…patience. Yeeesh, wasn’t that a hard taskmaster 😂 🤣 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
OMG, patience, that is still one of my biggest challenges and that task the universe loves to confront me… lol… maybe because I have not really co-operated yet 🤔😂
It is amazing what we keep telling ourselves Ericka that blocks that cooperation. Our ‘little’ bits that hover around our decision making. During my ‘event’ I finally let them all go…and the silence was amazing…even my breathing and heartbeat was silenced…in a cocoon of loving warmth. That was why it was such a shock to collapse onto the floor and the world came rushing in. But I had touched it, touched me, truly for the first time. No fear, no physicality, just the love I was uncovered. Don’t get me wrong, we need all the ‘bits’ so that in discovering ourselves we will reach that nadir, that place that is truly us 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
Right, I think only when we experienced those “bits” we reach those liberating levels when we let go. Let go of the need to fight and accept ourselves and the situation as it is… but not in resignation but with all our hearts. A moment of the biggest possible relief.
Still, it is a two-sided situation, as you said, with the fear in the background. But I think, only making the decision is already taking a lot of energy out of fear.
Thank you for sharing this all with us, dear Mark!
Good reminder!
