The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
Isn’t it? There is a saying that goes like this: “Nothing motivates me more than hearing someone saying: You can’t.” I think lately I even mentioned it in any of my comments somewhere.
Erika, very true. We often speak of the self-fulfilling prophesy of waking up with either a “Good morning God” vs. “a good God, its morning” attitude. If the latter is your mantra, one needs to change what they are doing – go outside, take a hike, do some yoga or pilates, etc. Or, it may be pouring a nice cup of coffee or tea and sitting down with paper or a good book. I do love that “Good morning, God” example! Yes, that is the crucial point. How we decide to feel about us or about anything is defining how we are perceiving everything! A setback can be turned into something meaningful to learn and build on that experience or into something awful which we can make our biggest failure. I like your examples. I said that to my daughter this week. She is in home office every other week and she is pretty unhappy about it for many reasons (which are comprensible). But I said to her, since you cannot espape it, try to find some positive things about which you don’t have when working at the company. Also, try to create highlights during the day, small or big ones, like a cup of coffee at a specific time of the day. Life is what we make it! Thank you very much, Keith!

Exactly, we limit our potential for one reason or another. This is a POWER UP quote! Stay awesome, Erika!

Exactly! It is a phenomenon that we are so quickly in limiting ourselves instead of going the other way. We have both choices! It is up to us!

We have to learn and repeat the action of not limiting ourselves and continue to tip the scale in that direction!
