#HitsByYears – 1980

The past months and weeks were tough but at least I passed the exam last Saturday. This means that I don’t have to use every free minute for learning anymore. Therefore, my regular posts will be back from next week on. For this week, we are going with another song week.

We have arrived in the 80s, my favorite decade. The last episode of #HitsByYears 1979 already had the scent of the 80s decade that heralded a new era of music. This time again, I might add more than one song at times since the choice of great songs is big. Let’s begin with one of the most famous female singers. I chose a very special live version of 1980.

Upside Down – Diana Ross

Feel free to add or mention in the comments your favorite song of 1980 and the memory that connects you with it.

The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

80s, Hits by years

I thought so too. Let’s start it with one of the greatest female artists. She is a living legend. Thanks a lot! I don’t have the results yet, but I am pretty sure that I made it… lol! Thank you and you too!

Yes dear lady, congratulations on your achievement, you have done well ๐Ÿ˜€
It is an amazing thing when you reach something you have yearned for, struggled with and sweated the hard yards. A smile appears, a contented one. Take a bow…and dance a little…it will feel oh so lighter ๐Ÿ˜€ โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿฆ‹ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿคฃ

Thank you, I am glad you liked my choice to kick of that era! Ahh, yes, The Romantics! I loved “Talking in your sleep”. Thanks a lot for stopping by, David!
