Joy is always there. It can be that first sip of coffee, a warming ray of sun after three days of rain, or it is the cozy blanket and a cup of tea on a cold evening. It may be my own smile, and it is up to me when I am using it. Joy is always there. Sometimes it may be a bit buried, covered with dust or thrown in a corner… but it is there, waiting patiently until we let it shine again.

Let’s bring some joy to a hectic day. Let go of a restless night, an uncomfortable meeting, or the disappointment of a failed deal… at least for a moment, for a second. Fill it with joy instead, do it consciously, and see what wonders it may work.
