To touch that connection is like no other. In that first moment of meeting, knowing them totally without a word spoken. A ‘knowing’ that touches that inner place, even though you may go through a very hard journey as one. That path, that coming together is felt as an eternal togetherness, but a lesson in itself.
I touched such a one and she emotionally crucified me, sent me tumbling so deeply that I felt I would never return. But not once did we argue or say a cross word. Not a ripple in what we were. Just a short journey so that I could be set free. She gave me a prize beyond my wildest dreams…by letting me go. She gave me a love so powerful…by forcing me to seek my own. She gave me everything…by denying…me.
And in all that time and after, I love her more now because I can now ‘see’ what she gave, even though its pain was beyond reckoning.
That love from a connection such as this is a destiny indeed, a flame that only a twin can give ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
