The many languages here in Europe are of course also reflected in the music we hear on the radio every day. Today, English is the most commonly heard language. But the further back in time you go, the more the hits were mainly sung in the national language of the singer or the band. I believe that at least my European friends may remember the song I am sharing today.
Tu T’en Vas – Alain Barriere & Noelle Cordier

The French and the English… lol. It was a big hit over here. At least, I remember it even although I was a little child.

Nup, never heard this one. But the equivalent home grown over here you would probably never heard either Erika. As long as they move our hearts, and this duo do that because you can ‘feel’ it π β€οΈ ππ½ π¦

I guessed, it has not made its way over the pond… lol. But I still remember this song well when it was played when I was a child. Glad you like it too, Mark, although a differnt language. But as you said, the language of music is there to move our hearts… and that says enough.πΆπ¦π
