The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
Hi, John, so good to see you.
Thank you, are you having a long weekend ahead? I heard that for example schools are closed from Wednesday on in the US due to Thanksgiving. However, over here it will be a regular day… hehe! So happy Thanksgiving to you, John.
I needed to be lifted up, Erika, and so I read this with tears in my eyes. Today at the gym, I witnessed a 20 year old boy die. From what I can assess, he had a major heart attack. For 45 minutes CPR was carried out and still no heart beat. Even though I have seen many deaths being a nurse, I’ve never seen anything like this. When he was brought out to the ambulance his face was blue. Total blockage. No air or anything that was done helped. And some of the compressions done by the EMT’s was so hard and too fast. OMG, these people didn’t know what they were doing! HUGE clusterF! This young boy had so much fat around his middle which indicates especially in a male a lot of fat in the arteries. Sorry, but 20 years old and heart attack do not compute …. this happened hours ago and I’m still deeply shaken.
Oh, my God, now this brought tears to my eyes too. What a tragedy this is. Such a young person dying from a heart attack. I completely understand your feelings. This goes so deep. I would rather not understand someone who would not be shaken. Really sad and so very tragic. So, so sorry. Sending you a big and warm embrace, Amy 💖
Yes this has shaken my soul. The obesity that is so epidemic in our young people this is what we will be seeing more and more of. This young man was obviously very overweight and very out of shape. However, dying from a heart attack at age 20 is unthinkable, yet it is happening. Thank you for answering this comment, Erika. I’m still so shaken up. I don’t know when I’ll be able to go back to this gym. I won’t put it off too long because I know if I do, I won’t be able to return. Bless you for your kindness. xo
Yes, exactly, Amy. If we would never return to places we made bad experiences at, over time we cannot go anywhere anymore… not even home. And going there and making new experiences is the best thing to do.
Again, sending love and hugs over, Amy 💖
It is not a nice thing to witness Amy, especially a journey cut so short. And his family must be beside themselves.
Big hug my friend and much love to you ❤️ xo
Mark, this was a nightmare. I went to the forest today to release the shock that is still heavy upon me. And I have been constantly praying for this family. To imagine what they must be going through has had my tears going. Thank you for the hug and love. I’m still very shaken! xo
Hello Erika. Happy Thanksgiving.

We need to be truly mindful of our thoughts and what we are creating from them.

You said it. Because we are creating constantly even when we are not aware of what we are thinking.
