Erika, the older I have gotten has allowed me to dismiss advice on what I should be doing that is not in keeping with what I want to do. One good example is to spend less time with folks who spend most of their time merchandising themselves or pushing others down to elevate themselves.

The US president is a good example. I try to read later what he says more than watch him say things, as I don’t like being lied to and the large part of what he says is untruthful. So, rather than sit there saying “that is not true” I will read it later on my time. Keith
