Oh, yes, that completes the process very well. Breaking the chains and rising up makes us see the problem from a distance and, as you said, it gives time to catch your breath. A process of groundin and centering which reminds me of the quote: “You cannot solve a problem with the same mindset that created it.” Thank you very much, Keith!
