Here we go with a new week and here is a song I hope that brings some lightness into the day. Happy Monday, everybody!

Something In The Water – Brooke Fraser

Do do do do do do do do do do

I wear a demeanor made of bright pretty things
What she wears, what she wears, what she wears
Birds singing on my shoulder in harmony it seems
How they sing, how they sing, how they sing

Give me nights of solitude, red wine just a glass or two,
Reclined in a hammock on a balmy evening
I’ll pretend that it’s no thing that’s skipping my heart when I think of you
Thinking of me babe I’m crazy over you

Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water, something in the water
Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water, that makes me love you like –

I’ve got halo’s made of summer, rhythms made of spring
What she wears, what she wears, what she wears
I got crowns of words a woven each one a song to sing
Oh I sing, oh I sing, oh I sing

Give me long days in the sun,
Preludes to the nights to come
Previews of the mornings laying in all lazy
Give me something fun to do like a life of loving you
Kiss me quick now baby I’m still crazy over you

Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water, something in the water
Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water that makes me love you like I do

Oooh oooh oooh [x3]

Give me nights of solitude, red wine just a glass or two, give me something fun to do

Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water, something in the water
Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water that makes me love you like I do

Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water, something in the water
Aaah Aaah Aaah
There’s something in the water that makes me love you like I –

Do do do do do do do do do do

Great song, Erika! But there is something in my mind, making the title very ambiguous too. I should send the song to Altötting – Bavarian Center of worshipping Mother Mary. There since some months “is something (weird chemicals) in the water too.I think the last celebration with a small monument of Benedikt XVI. was too much for “the heaven’s people”. There rest the bones of the mass murderer Tserklaes v. Tilly, for a few years there also lives a retired, questionable bishop. Now also a Ratzinger bust was apparently too much for Our Lady. Lol Happy Monday! Michael

😬 Always Erika. Always. Living here in something like the Bronx – or should i say “Banlieus of Praha – you can only take it with humor. Lol I dont had told you about news from here? They – the “community” had arranged different marriages for me, over the last 20 years. Here all excpet a few persons to which my family belongs too are relatives. 😉 Horrible imagination getting closer to these people. Michael

Thank you, Erika! The community is big 2700 citizens, but the gene pool is very small, and most of them – one dont ask this question – dont know who their fathers are. Really! Oh yes after reclaiming the money, we got “stolen” some years ago, i will flee.

This with the “stolen money” is a story of its own. We gave our money to our father, for business purposes. He put it into – i know it since some years – money pools within money from politicans, and suddenly cant remember. The pools should be used regaining the “Homeland in the Czech Republic”. Now you can understand my special friendship with some descendants of the former expelled from there. 😉

Michael, I have already understood you before but this makes things only clearer. I totally get your “disagreement” with a lot of things. I just hope you can make that step into a part of the country (or the world) where you can really feel at home and comfortable again.
