The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
Sometimes I feel its necessary to ‘Fall’ in order to rise!… 🙂 I am very grateful for the black hole I fell into, it showed me I had no where to go but UP.. 🙂 ❤
You met the essence of the message. It can only happen when we lose the connection to the self. Within the awareness we would never let it happen! Thank you very much!
Erika, I have a physical analogy to your post, which is my own fault. I have been trimming tall holly trees around my house for the last three days. After completing my task on the tallest of such yesterday, I put the ladder away. Then I noticed a couple of small branches sticking out on top that I did not get. So, against my better judgment as I was tired, I tempted fate and got the ladder back out.
As I feared, I fell about five feet off the ladder, landing on my feet and then sitting down. I am hopeful that I am just sore from the strain, as I can move around. My lower back is sore and my right ankle seems a little sprained. Yet, this actual example serves as a metaphor for your saying. I caused this as I did something against my better judgment. Fortunately, (I hope), nothing more serious happened.
Gosh, Keith! I am so glad that nothing worse happened. I think we all can relate to such a behavior. Although we are totally aware that it is not reasonable what we do, we do it! How often was I too lazy to get a chair and just climbed up the surface in the kitchen to dust the shelves… Thank God, nothing happened but it was exactly what I always taught my kids clearly not to do 🤷♀️
Keith, I hope that you recover well from the fall and the whole cutting procedure. Blessings to you, dear friend, and take good care!!

We all have a tendency to dim our own light when we lose touch with ourself. Very insightful quote, Erika.

Thanks Erika. I am better, taking Tylenol and resting today. It actually helps to walk around, which is a good sign. Keith

At least you know that you bones are still whole. You are doing good in taking it easy. I can imagine what your wife said😄

It is the saddest thing when we wrap ourselves in darkness not realizing it.
