Example …. Last night I was faced with disaster and real fear rose like bile in my throat. I either had to address the main problem or run like hell to the animal ER. I chose to BELIEVE in my knowledge (yet not knowing if I could do it) and flew not to the ER but into action doing ALL I knew and then some to pull one of our cats from a potential life and death situation. I did it, Erika. I cried with relief. Now I could have run to the ER but knowing the medical system as I do, this cat probably would have been whisked into surgery. I managed to avoid surgery for this guy and prove to myself that alternative medicine, when applied properly, does work. I admit. I am the furthest from knowing everything but what I do know I worked darn for!! True story! I could have believed in what IS yet chose to believe in ME. 💞💞💞

This is an amazing example and how amazing for you it must have been after all the emotions you went through. I am so happy for you how it all worked out and that you proved to yourself that you can trust yourself best. Simply amazing! Thank you so much for sharing, Amy. Huge hugs to you and your little sweetheart 💖

“Whether you believe you can do it, or whether you believe you can’t … you’re right!” (Henry Ford) … also known as “The self-fulfilling prophecy.” It’s a shame they don’t teach this kind of stuff in the school system!

One of my favorite quotes. It is not about the circumstances, not about other’s goodwill. It is about what we believe we can achieve and that is the engine that keeps us achieving the greatest things. The only limit is the individual itself.
