I’ve had anxiety and panic attacks for years. I also deal with PTSD.
Despite years of therapy and counseling plus being hospitalized it has not gotten better. Therefore I’ve made the adjustment to retreat from certain activities that are triggers. Fortunately I will retire soon which will help me avoid stressful situations.
I stopped all therapy and medications as it was making my disability worse not helping at all. I stopped trying to fix the problem and I accept my faults and flaws.

I agree completely, Deborah. I am not a fan of digging into problems and open old wounds or abysses. Sometimes it helps to find the root of things but sometimes it is better to accept how things are and simply go a different path. I am glad you found a way to deal with your anxiety, Deborah.
