Song of the Day – It’s Christmas!

song-of-the-day

Did I say something about not posting for a whileΒ πŸ˜„ I thank you all for the lovely wishes and comments yesterday! I appreciate each single one of you so much and I feel blessed to be part of this strong and kind-hearted community!

Yesterday, I heard this song from a formation that makes my jaw drop every time I hear a song of theirs. Not only the versions the create but how they do it: No instruments – only voices! This song is just so perfectly fitting Christmas day. The lyrics are beautiful and what they made of that song is stunning! Enjoy and spend a wonderful Christmas DayΒ πŸ’–

Mary, Did You Know – Pentatonix

Mary, did you know that your baby boy would one day walk on water?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy would save our sons and daughters?
Did you know that your baby boy has come to make you new?
This child that you’ve delivered, will soon deliver you.

Mary, did you know that your baby boy will give sight to a blind man?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy will calm the storm with his hand?
Did you know that your baby boy has walked where angels trod?
When you kiss your little baby, you kiss the face of God.

Mary, did you know? Mary, did you know? Mary, did you know?..
Mary, did you know? Mary, did you know? Mary, did you know?..

The blind will see, the deaf will hear, the dead will live again.
The lame will leap, the dumb will speak, the praises of the lamb!

Mary, did you know that your baby boy is Lord of all creation?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy would one day rule the nations?
Did you know that your baby boy is heaven’s perfect Lamb?
That sleeping child you’re holding is the great I am.

Mary, did you know? Mary, did you know? Mary, did you know?..
Mary, did you know?
