Song of the Day

song-of-the-day

It is already October but for some reason, I started humming that song… perhaps because it is one of my favorites of Neil Diamond. It has such a passionate melancholy and … oh… that voice 😍 Happy Thursday to all of you!

September Morn – Neil Diamond

Stay for just a while
Stay and let me look at you
It’s been so long, I hardly knew you
Standing in the doorStay with me a while
I only wanna talk to you
We’ve traveled halfway ’round the world
To find ourselves again

September morn
We danced until the night
Became a brand new day
Two lovers playing scenes
From some romantic play
September morning
Still can make me feel that way

Look at what you’ve done
Why, you’ve become a grown-up girl
I still can hear you crying
In a corner of your room
And look how far we’ve come
So far from where we used to be
But not so far that we’ve forgotten
How it was before

September morn
Do you remember
How we danced that night away
Two lovers playing scenes
From some romantic play
September morning
Still can make me feel that way

September morn
We danced until the night
Became a brand new day
Two lovers playing scenes
From some romantic play
September morning
Still can make me feel that way

September morn
We danced until the night
Became a brand new day
Two lovers playing scenes
From some romantic play
September morning
Still can make me feel that way
September morning
Still can make me feel that way

There are so many videos. I loved this one! I envy your wife…. 😍 I don’t know what this is about Neil Diamond but his voice and style touches the heart deeply! It is almost like hypnosis … lol
