My Poetic RITUally Sister!

It took me a while and I am really sorry about that but – as we say – better late than never I also want to proudly present a review of my soul sister’s first published work!

Poetic RITUals

I don’t need to tell you that it is parted in four sections regarding family, life, love, and humor. I really don’t need to tell you that it is awesome how many poems my sister had written to fill 120 pages. I don’t need to tell you that all – but I did it anyway 😁 What I love a lot is that Ritu incorporated her name into the book title and the chapters. That makes it even moreΒ to a ray of her heart she sends out into the world.

It is a heartwarming, heart-touching, motivational, inspirational, thought-provoking, insightful, and an all over filled with life collection of poems.

If you did not get the chance to already grab her book, please do it right away.Wherever in the world you are, you can get this book at AmazonΒ as paperback or e-book! And just in case this is her blog But I Smile Anyway

And here is one of my favorite poems. The title says it all and needs no further explanation.

But I Smile Anyway

When a cloud appears
In my sky
I sit and wonder,
I ask God why.

Still I smile anyway

It all happensΒ
For a reason, they say.
And I think
We’ll find a way.

So I smile anyway

Negative thoughts,
They try to push through,
Trying their hardest
To make me feel blue,

But I smile anyway

Then I think about
All that is mine.
Things are great,
I’m feeling fine.

And I smile anyway

Did I mention, how proud I am for being my sister’s sisterΒ πŸ˜πŸ’–

In Love and Light
