Romantic Tuesday – 2

When I flew back from Vienna I had the time to write some poems. I am always inspired when up in the air! So here is one more poem for today.

One Day The Sky Is Ours

So grey and dim around

Cannot see a thing

But all of a sudden

The plane breaks through the clouds

High above the foggy world

Only sun and blue sky

The same feeling

When being with you

The moments I see you

And hear you

Soaring together

Within our miraculous world

That world where we are allowed

To clasp hands

But then the plan descends again

Below the cloud cover

We have to let go

And our hands slip apart

But we know

The next rise will come

And one day

The sunny sky will be ours

Forever!

In Love and Light

We had a great breakfast to start the day and then went towards the Prater (which is the oldest amusement park of the world with the famous Ferris Wheel from 1897. We went to downtown Vienna and ate a Sacher Torte at the Hotel Sacher where it was invented. We watched a movie and we also went to the place where we used to live until 2 years ago. It was wonderful!

It was awarded time and time again as the city with the highest life quality! It is a modern city, but with historic parts, a long history, lots of green fields, and lots to do! And there is so much more about it! Proud to be Viennese!

No, sorry, I don’t know any places over there. Just thinking. Ah, no… not a picnic. I thought of a location with lake view. But that’s just me and my water loving soul…haha!
