Another week has passed which makes this another week closer to spring. All of us from the northern hemisphere are yearning for it. Yesterday I saw the first butterfly of the season fluttering by my window. It was one like these:
Let’s flutter a bit back in time!
My post with the most views this week has been: Your Well-Being Matters.
Due to my life radio interviews my voice is not foreign for you. But it was a premier for me to add a record of me speaking my poem to my Tuesday post. Thank you all for the tips regarding the quality. It all came down to me uploading the app on my phone. I did not check it out yet but I am sure that the record will be clearer. I might speak another poem in order to check it out and share the result with you.
I found another interesting post on Reiki With Friends regarding soul mates: The Difference Between Kindred Spirits And Soul Mates
Colleen has a tea party going on the 17th of each month. She is sharing the highlights of the past month and lots of interesting information but also gives the opportunity for a chit-chat. Isn’t that a great way of supporting our community? This is her last post of March 17th: Welcome to Silver’s TEA Party – A Monthly Tea Sharing Event Cheers, Colleen 🍵
And last but not least: Yesterday was my blog Brother’s birthday. As Rich convinced me, he turned 21 and of course, I believe my brother! So please raise your glasses and send him the best wishes! Oh, and to you Rich: Don’t forget to check the comments on your Birthday Post. I don’t know why but everybody loves you, Bro!
This week I asked you all for your support in order to get my book known to a wider audience. I am amazed how many immediately reblogged or shared it on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google! This community is such a solid net of support, compassion, inspiration, tolerance, and so much more. Thank you!
I am still absolutely humbled about two fellow bloggers. One of them is my angel sister, Ritu of But I Smile Anyway. Surprised me and two other authors with a detailed, thoughtful, and heartfelt book review. Sis, you hear it all the time from me but I have to repeat it here again: You are awesome and I am happy and thankful to have you in my life! In case you are not already following her…. please make that up! Here is her beautiful book review.
The other friend who absolutely surprised me is Hammad Rais of Blog of Hammad Rais. He did a promotion post for my new book. This is simply amazing what you did Hamman, what a lovely gesture! Please see his post 101 KIND Quotes – New Release and check out his blog on this occasion. He is such a supportive friend and I enjoy and appreciate his thoughtfulness in our interaction.
Thank you, Simon of SFarnell for the One Lovely Blog Award
Just a thought
Spring is coming and nature is renewing, growing new leaves, new flowers, new petals, new fruits. It is not growing the old leaves again. But the old leaves are the nutrition for the new ones.
When you want to bring something new into this world it will never help to keep the old alive and hope it will magically change itself. It will still be old and we will still be frustrated that nothing changes. Take the experiences of the old, the lessons and the insights and think what needs to be different. Focus on the difference and new ideas will show up for creating beautiful new things intentionally.
