Baked Apples – Lisa’s Yummy Recipe

Yesterday, Lisa of Life Of An El Paso Woman posted a recipe for a really yummy, quick, and easy baked apples desert. It needs only few ingredients. I checked it out right away. It doesn’t look as nice as on the short video Lisa added to her post – I will never win a price for the appearance – but it tasted and smelled delicious. Really? It truly is delicious. I know you have a fantastic way of cooking in the Middle East. And it is so interesting that some dishes are definitely comparable to the Western kitchen like this one! There is still a little left over… come on 😉

I have had a lovely weekend. Today has been very relaxed. It’s blowing a gail outside, so we’ve cranked the heating up and are having a chilled ‘inside’ type of day. Which is fine by me… As long as I have my biscuits close by 😜

Haha… yes, you have everything you need! It has been snowing over here since Friday. At times it is also a little stormy… real Winter has come. So let’s enjoy our cozy home 😀
