It’s Still Okay Challenge

My lovely sister, Nimmi of Soulmate’s – So Near, Yet So Far

invited me for a new challenge. At least it is new to me. I know, I know, I know…. I said I won’t participate in challenges during December. Now I am doing the 24 Days Grateful challenge and yes, I also do this one. Nimmi is just too much of a sweetheart. I simply cannot reject her invitation!

The task is to write a
Paragraph/phrase/one-liner/poem/story/haiku/photograph/anything-else which ends with the #ItsStillOkay and marks a perfect end to it!

Here are the rules:

  1. Copy the logo and description
  2. Write your perspective for #ItsStillOkay
  3. Spread the challenge by keeping open nomination or by nominating at-least five fellow bloggers.

My heart was hurt a thousand times
But I did not resign
Because I felt it deep inside
One day there comes the time

I wandered along empty roads
And jungles filled with weed
Always convinced that I’ll arrive
Cause I believe in me

My faith is strong, my view is clear
I can look back and say:
“Thank God that I did not give up
See here, it’s still ok!”

Thank you for nominating me, my dear Nimmi sister! It felt fantastic to write that!

I open the challenge to everyone who wants to give it a try!
