24 Days of Grateful

Alexandra of AlexandraWriteNow  is doing a wonderful challenge from Dec. 1 – 24 and she calls it 24 Days of Grateful and it is about posting one thing a day I am grateful for.  Everybody feel free to join in!

I am thankful for my adaptability

There was a time when I struggled with changed plans, with changes in general. I was such a control freak and everything had to happen right after my tight schedule. If “life” happened I was completely thrown of track because I felt out of control and frustrated that there are  things I simply couldn’t control. I was stressed out with the wanting to be perfect and did not realize how I tortured myself  for so long. I am so glad that I found a way to say goodbye to this attitude. I still make plans because I like to have a structure in the days and also want to use my time as constructive as possible. But if plan A doesn’t work out… so what! There is always a plan B! I am thankful that I learned to take changes (even bigger ones) easy/easier!
