The Future Challenge

A new challenge I did not hear about before. OK, that doesn’t mean anything since I am here for only 15 months. Anyway this one sounds very interesting. Anne of The Main Focus has nominated me for this challenge. Anne is a woman I admire a lot. She is challenged through her health condition but a role model in standing tall and moving on. I am sur that one day she is free of any medication. Please check her blog out and get inspired. I am glad we are connected, Anne!

Other than years ago I don’t have a strict concept of my future. I know what I want and move on with it step by step according to the unfolding. I have dreams and I also make steps towards their fulfilling but I don’t have any expectations anymore when things are supposed to happen. My concept of future in general as truly changed during the past years.

5 things about my future are:

  1. I dream of a world where smiles silence weapons.
  2. I dream of a world where everybody is valued for their differences rather than being humiliated or even persecuted.
  3. I dream of being able one day to make a living from my writing and speaking in order to have more possibilities for influencing 1 an 2.
  4. On a more personal note: I would be happy if I always had the chance to go to California once a year for 10 days. Perhaps I find a magic lamp once on the beach with a Genie living in it to get everything ready for our WP party in my ocean view house… lol
  5. I want to visit Iceland and see the Northern lights.

My nominees in no particular order:

From the Soul To The Nib Of The Pen

Edwina’s Episodes

Glorious Results Of A Misspent Youth

Souldier Girl

Army of Angels

In Love and Light!

Thank you, Anne. I just think that not even the sky is the limit. My purpose for blogging is to spread inspiration, awareness, and light. That is the dream I am granted to live here and that of course is reflected in my whishes. πŸ™‚

Firstly, congratulations for being nominated for an unique award. Secondly, you have such beautiful thoughts, my friend. Speaking of differences is not what people usually come up with when they have a list to tell about the things of future. As I always say, you are a beautiful soul, Erika, and I am so so glad to have met you and to be your friend here. You reflect happiness πŸ™‚

Thank you for considering me for this. I am going to take out time and post it soon. The recognition one is still pending. I am such a slacker! Sigh! Maybe I should learn from you? πŸ˜€

Haha… no, Kritika! There is simply a lot more to do than only blogging (unfortunately..lol). No need to rush at all! Thank you so much for your lovely words. But it simply is part of what I feel as my purpose, to spread a little awareness and I will use any chance to do it. I am happy when I see others smile. That makes me happy and I love to be happy. It is pure selfishness….lol

It must be stunning. But I am also curious about nature in general. Did you know that the people there are so close to nature and the nature spirits that they stop building streets when the get informed it would crosstheir territories? There are many dead end roads.
