The lovely Nimi from Simple Moments Of Life nominated me for my 5th strike on this award! Thank you so much, Nimi!!! I love these awards because they always give me the opportunity to share wonderful blogs with my community and show my appreciation for them and for the blogger who nominated me. At the same time it is simply fun!!! Thank you, Nimi!
Please check out Nimi’s blog. She is such a lovely person and writes wonderful short stories next to her natural way of sharing her life with us!
Now to the celebration:
The Premio Dardos Award exists to acknowledge the values that every blogger shows in their effort to transmit cultural, ethical, literary, and personal values every day. These stamps were created with the intention of promoting fraternization between bloggers, a way of showing affection and gratitude for work that adds value to the Web.
The rules for this award are quite easy to handle:
1) Accept the award by posting it on your blog along with the name of the person that has granted the award and a link to his or her blog.
2) Include the image of the “Premios Dardos” in the post.
3) Pass the award to another 15 blogs that are worthy of this acknowledgement.
I thought I will do a slight change in the rules since I rarely go the easy way… lol!
I will nominate only 5 bloggers, but each of them gets some personal words:
But I Smile Anyway Ritu has become one of my most favorite bloggers. No, she has become a dear friend of mine. She is as crazy as I am and will never grow up… like I try to avoid it! She is a sunshine and always harvests fruits even if things don’t go like plan A. Ritu also has the coolest cat ever. Her blog carries everything from random thoughts, to sharing her daily life, events, happenings. She is a great writer and participates and passes every challenge with waving flags. I love the chats with you, Ritu! I am so happy I met you!!! You have a place deep in my heart!
Inside The Life Of Moi Amanda, my English tea-party buddy, loves jam rings as crazily as I do! Amanda and I are also “very happy” with one glass of wine or another drink… very happy… That’s why we switched to tea! After her big fat award party I was running around with an ice pack on my head for days… lol Amanda is one of the most lovable persons I ever met. She experienced lots of tough situations in her life and I admire her for where she is today: A strong, loving, honest, powerful (Electro)-woman. Her posts are great experiences. She also is an amazingly skilled writer. Reading her posts is like walking next to her while she is in the midst of the happening. She struggles a little with airports. But I promised that once she decides to visit California I will stop in England and pick her up!!! You are such a lovely friend, Amanda! So happy to have you in my life!!!
Nutsrock Linda has become such a dear friend within a short time. I love her black humor and her ironic way of telling stories. She has such a big heart and is not embarrassed to tell stories from her past which did not turn out that well… for her…lol. Linda and I seem to have a certain connection which we will check out in fall. I am so excited to meet this lovely lady in person. She even offered me to drive with her pick up! For all of you who know me, you might remember that I looooooove driving big cars! So Linda really got me! Please check her blog out. She writes about the exciting and eventful years of her childhood but also her mom’s memoires.
Silver Threading How could I describe Colleen? Forever young, inventive, lovely, most heartwarming, creative, sensitive, compassionate,… Colleen has become a very close friend within no time! Our passion for nature and nature spirits has been the important link I guess. Her fairy stories have truly amazed me. But we simply feel very like-minded. She is a sunshine to me as well. She inspired me to my bitstrips image. Colleen even inspired Rob and me for a co-produced password protected tidbit post (you get the password when you contact me over my Contact page). Her trust in me humbled me when I was allowed to read an excerpt of her manuscript. She is an amazing writer, full of ideas and endlessly inspiring! Also Colleen is one of my dear friends I might hug this year strongly. Cannot wait! Love ya, Colleen!
The V-Pub Rob has been one of my first followers ever and still sticks with me… although I had a long way to come. Rob is one of my greatest inspirations – if not THE inspiration in many ways (some even I don’t dare to mention here 😌). His support in the beginning of my blogging made it easy for me to feel comfortable and settle in my own way. Although he thinks he is not a poet, he did great at the 5 days challenge, some other writing challenges, and even made me quote him twice for my Daily Kind Quotes (here is the latest one). Oh, and he likes Star Wars and Halloween costumes! (That was completely incoherent, right Rob?) Rob has a blog that literally serves everyone in his virtual pub. It is like a gathering in a relaxed ambiance. Peeps are coming together, rambling around this and that, a strip here and there… We get the latest news or chat. Music is played. Uncomplicated and fun. As he says: For friends without borders. Thank you, Rob, for finding me!
Of course there are so many other wonderful friends in my community. I am so happy for each one of you. I just thought I started with my “oldest” buddies!
Thank you again for the nomination, Nimi!!!
In Love and Light!
