If you want to sing out, SING OUT!

First of all I want to thank all of you who took the time  to read my marathon post from yesterday. I am still amazed by the detailed and  open and thoughtful responses! I had no problems to write about it which proves that it lies behind me. A few years back I would have been too ashamed to do it. Meanwhile I applied so much healing in my life which proved me that we don’t make mistakes but experiences. We only need to learn out of them. My kids provided themselves to teach me this lessons. I am profoundly humbled by this thought. These little creatures taught me! What an amazing love from them to me and then again from me to them which made me change.

Last night I gathered all the three around me and I apologized that I blamed them for my inability to deal with my responsibility. I told them that it never was about them. It was only about me. It took me 36 years to find that out for myself. I wanted to make sure they know about that earlier. I said that whatever is left now is their path of development. We teach each other all the time and all life long.

I did that post in order to show that we all are dealing with feelings of guilt.. no matter what it concerns. It can be our children. But it can also be our parents, grandparents, neighbours, a kid in school we did not treat right – or even thoughts we had. It doesn’t matter at all. We are all close when it comes to that.

The important message is: We can make something out of it. Everyone has the power to change their attitudes, to say STOP and think: Do I really want this? We are not depending on anyone when it comes to changing our perspective. Whatever happened in the past is not a curse for the future. The past helps us to understand what we can change in the present in order to create a different future. It is everybody’s individual choice and the time they realize and feel ready for a change is completely up to the individual.

Change is possible: Here and Now!

My song of the day is dedicated to the possibility that we have it in our hands to decide what and when we want to change something. It will always be the right moment. There is no too late. Really! There is NO TOO LATE in order to make peace with the past!

If you want to sing out, sing out – Cat Stevens

Well, if you want to sing out, sing out
And if you want to be free, be free
‘Cos there’s a million things to be
You know that there are

And if you want to live high, live high
And if you want to live low, live low
‘Cos there’s a million ways to go
You know that there are

You can do what you want
The opportunity’s on
And if you find a new way
You can do it today
You can make it all true
And you can make it undo
You see, ah ah ah
It’s easy, ah ah ah
You only need to know

Well, if you want to say yes, say yes
And if you want to say no, say no
‘Cos there’s a million ways to go
You know that there are

And if you want to be me, be me
And if you want to be you, be you
‘Cos there’s a million things to do
You know that there are

There is so much love in this world. It always finds its way to a peaceful solution. You are loved!

In Love and Light!
